EVERYONE IS INVITED TO JOIN THE
TVBC CRAFTERS
Every Monday at 9 a.m.
The TVBC Crafters group was established in March of 2013.
Pat Thomas is our fearless leader.
WE WERE FOUNDED WITH TWO GOALS IN MIND:
To provide a place where ladies could gather to serve our Lord by serving our congregation and our community.
To provide an opportunity for our elderly, disabled and home bound ladies to get out of the house, fellowship together and use their talents for the Lord.
OUR START
From a humble beginning with 6 wonderful ladies and one donated sewing machine, the Lord has continually blessed. Through donations from our church members and others who have heard of our ministry, the Lord has provided numerous sewing machines, a whole room full of fabric, notions, furniture, yarn and more.
ACTS 9
In the Bible you’ll find a story about “Tabitha”. She was a disciple who was “full of good works and charitable deeds which she did.” And what did she do? She sewed garments and tunics for widows! Can you imagine? God was glorified in her humble life doing what she could for others. That’s what happens at TVBC every Monday morning. We feel like the Lord smiles down on us, enjoying the laughs and silliness, knowing that His children are working for Him, and He is going to receive the glory through their humble efforts.
